Your guide to shopping, award credits, and delivery.

Using your TDR credit

Where can I find my credit balance?: Sign in to view your available balance in the header or under My Account. Credits are added by HR once awarded.
How do I use my credit?: Your available credit applies automatically at checkout toward your items, applicable taxes, and delivery. If your order exceeds your balance, you can pay the difference by card.
Do I have to use it all at once?: No. Unused credit stays in your account for future purchases, with no expiry or minimum spend.
Can I shop without recognition credit?: Yes. You can purchase items at any time using a payment card.

When will my order be ready?: Items are customized for your order. Please allow 7–10 business days for preparation and fulfilment. Home delivery may require additional transit time.
Can I pick up my order at TDR?: Yes. Select free office pickup at checkout. Orders arrive in weekly batches, and you’ll be notified when yours is ready to collect.
Can I have my order delivered to my home?: Yes. Home delivery within Canada is available for a flat fee of $12.
What currency are prices listed in?: All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

What if I need a different size?: Unworn items with their original tags may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Please check the product’s size guide before ordering.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?: Because items are customized to order, change-of-mind returns are not available.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrectly branded?: Contact store support with your order number and photos of the issue. Damaged or incorrectly branded items will be replaced at no additional cost.
